This health care program is designed to meet the immediate health care needs of newly resettling refugees to Manchester. The refugee health clinic works closely with the International Institute of NH and the Manchester Health Department in providing the necessary medical care to assure a safe and healthy entry and resettlement process to the US. Once a family has a general understanding of the US health care system, the clinic works closely with each refugee to identify an appropriate primary care provider for ongoing health care needs.
