JobLink Services are free and offered to help the public with job readiness and job search needs. The following services are currently active: Public computers are available for employment related activities. Scanning, Copying, Faxing and Notary Services are also offered.
The following services are inactive at this time: Local job listings available in the JobLink Job Book (updated daily); on-going employment-related workshops; and resume-writing tutoring sessions offered on a regular basis.

Workforce Development: Services are provided by SCS in partnership with other state and local agencies, utilizing federal and state funding, as well as funding from the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act. Services are provided at SCS offices and at the NH One-Stop Job and Information Centers. They include career guidance and planning, labor market information, workplace skill identification, resume writing, interview skills, job search and placement. Funds for classroom training/on-the-job training may also be available.

Participants are assigned to activities to help build job skills and workplace experience. These may include but are not limited to: clerical support,facilities maintenance,and community support. There is also a training component that involves areas such as customer service, teamwork, time management and interpersonal skills. The Work Experience Program helps participants to obtain volunteer work experience within the community. These experiences provide references and work experience in the field aligned to their career goals.
