The Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) is a federally funded, comprehensive sexual health education program provided through Amoskeag Health for teens and young adults. This program works to increase their healthy relationships, positive adolescent development, and to reduce pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections. PREP provides a no-cost, discussion-based course open to people of all genders, aged 14-19 years, or up to 21 years old if pregnant and/or parenting. Parental consent is required for participation.

We provide innovative pathways for employment and we help accelerate training for younger workers. If a participant's application is accepted, JAG-NH can pay up to $6,500 in training costs, $1,500 in supportive services, and a wage of up to $18 / hour to attend in-person hands-on-learning experiences / clinicals. Participants receive support through career development and exploration, are prepared in job readiness skills, and given 1:1 access to a Career Specialist for guidance / support. It is our goal that participants leave ready to enter and be successful in the workforce.

Provides needs and eligibility assessments, light touch case management, and connection to the appropriate long-term services. Waypoint can also organize transportation to connect a young person in crisis and in our age range to safe shelter or to treatment.

Waypoint NH' Transitional Living Program (TLP) is a voluntary, 12-18 month program that provides supportive housing, life skills training and support services to young people, ages 18 to 21, who are homeless or transitioning out of foster care. IOP in online only. After completing a course of PHP treatment, some clients step down to IOP as a means of tapering their treatment in preparation for discharge. Clients attend online IOP for three hours daily, either from 12–3pm or 3–6pm. Clients typically attend five days per week to start and then step down the frequency of attendance as clinically appropriate. Average length of stay in the IOP is 10 days.

Clients attend our PHP, either online or in-person, from 12–6pm daily for an average of 15 consecutive days. Both the online and in-person programs follow the same schedule. The PHP provides daily educational, wellness, and social opportunities to help clients develop goals, strategies for coping, and long-term healthy habits. A PHP day consists of three main components: a didactic group, group therapy, and therapeutic milieu.
