Keep NH Moving is the official website and transportation resource directory for the New Hampshire State Coordinating Council for Community Transportation. It provides safe, reliable, and sustainable transportation options that allow residents to maintain independence and participate in work and community life no matter their age or ability. This site also allows New Hampshire residents to connect with their regional mobility manager to assist them in finding appropriate transportation options.

New Hampshire is divided into eight Community Transportation Regions. Each region has an associated Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), which is composed of local transportation providers, human service agencies, funding agencies and organizations, consumers, and regional planning commission staff. Each RCC has Mobility Managers that maintains a listing of transportation resources in their region. Individuals can be referred to their local RCC for these resources.

Free programs, workshops, presentations and displays for any type of audience; delivered on-site. The programs can be as short as 15 minutes, or a whole day.

Presentations for community organizations, social service agencies, medical and legal professionals, business owners and law enforcement are developed to raise awareness and understanding of domestic and sexual violence and stalking.

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that helps you, understand, and respond to someone who is experiencing a mental health or a substance use challenge. - Traumatic Event and Disaster Response: Trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, our staff is available to provide tools for managing posttraumatic stress and other symptoms that can occur after a critical incident. - I'm Listening Radio Show: From childhood trauma, to isolation and loneliness, to homelessness, to suicide, to addiction, host Chris and various Riverbend leaders discuss with the behavioral health issues affecting our communities and our day to day lives. - Change Direction: This is a statewide campaign of the national Campaign to Change Direction. The goal of this ongoing effort is simple. It is designed to make the five most common signs of mental illness as well-known as the signs of a heart attack or stroke. So, join us in normalizing the mental health conversation. Know the 5 Signs of emotional suffering: Agitation, Personality changes, Poor self-care, Withdrawal, Hopelessness.

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that gives people the skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. The evidence behind the program demonstrates that it does build mental health literacy, helping the public identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness.

AskPETRA is a substance use connector and resource for northern NH, providing resources for prevention, education, treatment, recovery and assistance for all those at risk of or living with substance use disorder, providers, community and family.
