We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. Affordable, non-emergency, curb-to-curb wheelchair-accessible transportation. SVR’s focus is on providing transportation for non-emergency purposes and assisting those in greatest need – elderly residents, those living with a disability, and residents who are unable to drive. Other residents may use the service as space is available in the schedule. When scheduling conflicts arise, priority is given to rides needed by Senior Citizens and Persons living with a disability and for non-emergency healthcare related appointments. Rides are available to most locations in the six Souhegan Valley towns and Nashua including healthcare, grocery shopping, social services, senior activity centers and more. Depending on the daily schedule, some rides may or may not be available on a given day. Please call at least two business days in advance to request a ride and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) is a Federal and State mandated program that provides developmental therapeutic early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have an established medical/genetic condition, 33% developmental delay and/or who are at-risk of developing a substantial developmental delay. Services are typically provided in the home (however can be provided in other natural settings as requested by family) and in a transdisciplinary fashion. A team of early childhood professionals including licensed educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and other specialized consultants work in conjunction with the eligible child and family to help the child develop skills to his/her full potential as well as provide the family with strategies to directly support and reinforce their child’s development.
