Families might come to us with questions about prenatal planning, childcare, education, housing, emergency shelters, mental health and crisis assistance, senior care, health information, or a wide variety of other issues.

GSIL’s Information and Referral offers a wide range of topics on living more independently, such as follows: Discovering more about GSIL services and how to become a GSIL consumer, obtaining funding for adaptive equipment, home modification and adapted vehicles, locating assistance for finding and maintaining employment, learning about transportation options in the community, discovering how to obtain a service dog, learning about vendors, organizations and agencies that can provide goods and services, finding out about housing alternatives and funding assistance for housing.

This site also allows New Hampshire residents to connect with their regional mobility manager to assist them in finding appropriate transportation options.

The Community Transportation Directory is an online searchable database of transportation services and resources in the counties of: Carroll, Rockingham, and Strafford. The directory has a variety of services like: buses, volunteer driver programs, medical appointment transportation, shopping transportation, transportation for Veterans, transportation for seniors, transportation for people with disabilities, and more. *Printed copies available upon request.

The Rockingham Community Care Program aims to alleviate financial burdens for older adults interested in participating in adult day center programming with approved partner locations.

Community Mental Health Center for Cheshire County - Region V. Personal counseling, care management and other MFS services are available at all of our locations throughout the Monadnock region. Some clinical services are available in Keene and Peterborough and others are provided in the community.
