If you prefer to donate directly to Families in Transition, please consider coordinating a drive for new items that would go directly to participants, such as diapers and wipes, toiletries, paper products, and laundry items.

Assistance may include pick up and deliver groceries/prescriptions/mail, make and deliver meals, light yard work or snow removal, emergency firewood delivery, small outdoor repairs, friendly check in by phone, budgeting, connect to local resources for benefits, food security.
