To promote a healthier state, we have focused on health prevention and education, access to affordable health care as well as insurance coverage, patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, patient and family engagement strategies, health equity and health disparities of care, health care workforce initiatives, emergency preparedness and response, behavioral health and the opioid crisis, among many other areas of priority.

General COVID information that can't be found on the NH Covid website or if the person doesn't have a health care provider to contact, emergency preparedness, vaccine cards, Immunization Information System (IIS) support. The initial response to a caller asking for any Covid assistance is to visit the NH Covid website or contact their provider. If the person does not have a provider and has questions that can't be addressed from the website (or they can't access the website), they can call 603-271-6996 to get some additional information. They may also call the CDC information line for general information about COVID, and to locate vaccine providers near them.
