General COVID information that can't be found on the NH Covid website or if the person doesn't have a health care provider to contact, emergency preparedness, vaccine cards, Immunization Information System (IIS) support.
The initial response to a caller asking for any Covid assistance is to visit the NH Covid website or contact their provider. If the person does not have a provider and has questions that can't be addressed from the website (or they can't access the website), they can call 603-271-6996 to get some additional information. They may also call the CDC information line for general information about COVID, and to locate vaccine providers near them.
