The Office of Cost Containment works to effectively contain costs of representation for indigent defendants and Guardian Ad Litem services and to recover all such costs that can be recovered. The OCC provides standardization of eligibility & recoupment in the areas of Indigent Defense and Guardian Ad Litems by determining the ability to pay for these services and the ability to repay the State of NH for these services.
