Offers both a partial hospital and an intensive outpatient program. Both are comprehensive treatment programs for adults that provide mental health and addiction treatment by day, allowing clients to return home or stay in on-campus housing at night. Clients taking part in the partial hospital program or the intensive outpatient program must be able to participate in group therapy, maintain personal safety, and take medications as prescribed.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment services include the evidenced-base practice of Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCOD), and an outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment program (Suboxone). Services are available to adults living in our catchment area. Services are provided by licensed clinicians whose backgrounds are in the areas of both addiction services and mental health services and our Board certified psychiatrists.

Alcohol and drug counseling and education for all ages. We also work with children and family members affected by a loved ones alcohol or drug use. We provide LADC evaluations for court and we provide lab urine drug and alcohol testing.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program for Opioid Use Disorder Mid-State has a specialized team dedicated to helping people achieve sobriety and live a life free of substances. Our goal is to help our patients learn to live without drugs by developing healthier coping skills during their course of treatment. Mid-State offers outpatient Medication-assisted treatment in Bristol and Plymouth using medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies for the treatment of substance use disorders. The program is appropriate for adults 18 years of age or older, including those who are pregnant.

Provides an array of services for people with substance use disorder in person and telehealth, including medication assisted treatment, therapy, medical care, coaching, mental health treatment and care access/coordination.

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) represents a highly intensive and structured form of outpatient addiction treatment, providing a practical alternative to inpatient hospitalization or residential care. PHP employs a comprehensive approach to mental health services, integrating therapeutic and support services with medical care. The men's partial hospitalization program at Live Free offers a number of care services including case management, clinical services, individual medical and mental health providers, and recovery support staff. Clients in this program also have access to meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks while in our care.

Lakes Region Mental Health Center provides a wide range of mental health services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families. Variety general counseling services provided.

All of our programs focus on addictive disorders as chronic, progressive, biopsychosocial in nature. Our staff members are trained to provide education about the nature and impact of addiction on the individual and on significant others.

Behavioral health services, resources, and counseling for adults and children. The Behavioral Health team can assist with issues such as depression, anxiety, life issues, substance use disorder, and coping with the challenges of chronic disease management.

The Nathan Brody Chemical Dependency Program at LRGH is an intensive outpatient treatment program for the substance abuser that provides the client the opportunity to maintain family structure and employment throughout the course of the recovery program. Outpatient Program and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for women who experience substance use and a history of trauma and/or mental health issues. The program includes: case management, group treatment; and individual counseling. Program length averages 16 weeks. Childcare provided as needed. Transportation provided if needed within the city of Manchester. *****This program is open to community members as well as to Families in Transition residents.******

Some of the services are: substance use and mental health evaluation, substance use and mental health counseling, drug use information, substance use information, etc. Headrest offers individual and group counseling and intensive outpatient therapy. ***Services are provided regardless of ability to pay. ****Family education is provided on substance use disorders.
