Our treatment community provides medication (Suboxone) and weekly meetings with other people recovering from opioid use both in-person and telehealth. If you or someone you care about is experiencing a crisis, you can call and speak to trained and caring clinical staff. You'll be served by compassionate providers who can help you access vital resources in an emergency. Crisis services are available to anyone in New Hampshire. Depending on your needs, the crisis contact center can:

• Offer support via phone, text, or chat
• Send a team member from a community mental health center to meet you right where you are, in your home, or another location in the community.
• Provide rapid response follow up appointments that include crisis intervention services.
• Review inpatient treatment options, if appropriate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Our harm reduction program provides weekly and by appointment delivery of safe injection supplies including syringes, tourniquets, cookers, Narcan, cotton pellets, sterile water, basic self care items, condoms, fentanyl test strips, alcohol wipes, bandaids, health screenings, wound care and educational materials.

Recovery Coaching: At The Shed, our recovery coaches meet you where you are at, walking alongside you on your journey to a sustained recovery. Coaches also help you access treatment information, and other resources such as health insurance, housing, and basic needs. Certified Recovery Support Workers: CRSWs are ethically responsible advocates which mentor & educate individuals pursuing recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders for every phase of the recovery journey from pre-recovery engagement, recovery initiation, recovery stabilization and sustained recovery maintenance. Services includes: Case management, Wellness Plans, Transportation Assistance

Behavioral health services, resources, and counseling for adults and children. The Behavioral Health team can assist with issues such as depression, anxiety, life issues, substance use disorder, and coping with the challenges of chronic disease management.

CIA currently operates behavioral health services, community correction programs, sexual offender treatment, domestic violence treatment, adolescent outpatient services and training/program implementation for multiple sites. CIA has diverse expertise to develop and operate both residential and outpatient programming. Our planning team is comprehensive and provides for one-stop shopping for our clients.

With the ultimate goal of improving quality of life, counseling helps people increase their self-esteem, cope more effectively with stress, and reduce isolation. It also helps individuals and families strengthen communication skills in order to build and sustain healthy relationships and live more satisfying lives. Counseling services are provided by clinical social workers and mental health counselors.
