Lydia's House of Hope is a 365 day transitional housing program for homeless women and children in crisis. With over 40 in-house programs, we provide the support, advocacy, and foundational life skills needed to live a life of sustainable independence.
**This is not a rehab, nor a shelter, it is a long term program dedicated to empowering women with the tools needed for independence and self-reliance to break the generational cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Monadnock Area Peer Support Agency (MPS) is a consumer run peer support/recovery program serving adult consumers of mental health services. MPS is under contract with the Department of Health and Human Services; Bureau of Mental Health, dedicated to the promotion of individual empowerment and recovery. Services such as individual peer support, a variety of support and educational groups, vocational and educational support, and opportunities for social interaction and community integration are offered.
