We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. Riverbend’s Children’s Services clinicians provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to help young people and their families identify and resolve issues that keep them from success. Counseling is available for a wide variety of issues like anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, divorce, blended families, school and/or learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, grief, trauma, abuse, addiction, chronic illness, suicidal thoughts, etc. Services are available at our offices in Concord and Franklin, at schools, in clients’ homes, and at other community locations.
