The Lakes Addiction Treatment Center, located in Laconia, New Hampshire, provides an outpatient addiction recovery experience for individuals suffering from substance abuse disorder. Our licensed and certified addiction recovery care specialists will tailor an individualized program to meet your personal needs and goals while combining proven pharmacological and behavioral therapies. Services include Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Oupatient with 1:1 Sessions (OP)

Comprehensive Outpatient Community Mental Health Services.

Riverbend’s Children’s Services clinicians provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to help young people and their families identify and resolve issues that keep them from success. Counseling is available for a wide variety of issues like anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, divorce, blended families, school and/or learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, grief, trauma, abuse, addiction, chronic illness, suicidal thoughts, etc. Services are available at our offices in Concord and Franklin, at schools, in clients’ homes, and at other community locations.

REAP is a prevention program that is available to all older adults in the community. The program offers free, confidential counseling and educational services to help participants better understand and deal with the many life changes they encounter. Topics Includes: Stress; Relationships; Grief; Emotional wellbeing; Substance use; Family dynamics and Quality of life

Assessments, counseling, referrals, and treatment are provided to adolescents and adults with substance abuse, alcohol, or addiction problems. Treatment is also available for persons with both substance abuse and mental health disorders (like depression, anxiety or PTSD).

Child, Adolescent and Family Services provides families with a continuum of care designed to support and promote good mental health in children and families. Individual, group and family counseling are available for parents and children as well as case management, parent education, parent aide and respite services, psychological testing, and medication evaluation and monitoring. Comprehensive Outpatient Community Mental Health Services.

Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. A Peer Support Agency providing a non-medical approach for adults eighteen (18) years and older that are working on their mental health. It offers: social/recreational activities, support/wellness groups, education, peer support, workshops, and more. A warm line is available for after-hours support.

Lakes Region Mental Health Center provides a wide range of behavioral health services to children, adolescents, young adults and their families. In some cases, it is important to include families in the treatment plan whenever possible. Services includes: Individual, Group Family Therapy; Case Management; Functional Support Services; Acute Care Services; Mobile Crisis Response Team; Child to Adult Transition; Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy; Art Therapy
