Child, Adolescent and Family Services provides families with a continuum of care designed to support and promote good mental health in children and families. Individual, group and family counseling are available for parents and children as well as case management, parent education, parent aide and respite services, psychological testing, and medication evaluation and monitoring. Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.

Riverbend’s Children’s Services clinicians provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to help young people and their families identify and resolve issues that keep them from success. Counseling is available for a wide variety of issues like anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, divorce, blended families, school and/or learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, grief, trauma, abuse, addiction, chronic illness, suicidal thoughts, etc. Services are available at our offices in Concord and Franklin, at schools, in clients’ homes, and at other community locations.

Learning and Attention Disorder Services are provided to children and their families who are coping with learning, attention, or behavior problems in the home, at school, or at the workplace. In addition, consultation and training services for schools and other agencies as needed is also provided. Current services include: •Psychological Evaluations •Psychotherapeutic Services •Parent Training •Consultation and Training Services for schools and agencies •Development of Positive Behavior Support Plans Child, Adolescent, and Family Services also provides distinct services for children with a diagnosis on the autism spectrum and their families. Staff work with children in developing emotional regulation skills, social skills and coping skills as well as with functional communication and other augmentative and alternative communication strategies. When working with the families, staff help them develop the skills to manage symptoms both in the home and community settings. Staff provide support to parents and caregivers to assist their children in developing skills to increase independence and improve their overall functioning in all aspects of life.

The counselors on staff at HealthFirst are available to meet with you confidentially regarding individual, couple or family issues. Our licensed clinical social workers and psychologists offer services as an integral part of the HealthFirst Patient Centered Medical Home approach. Provides people with the resources and support needed to manage their substance abuse disorder.

Comprehensive Outpatient Community Mental Health Services for Adults and Children. Services may include: Case Management, Outpatient Therapy, Psychiatric Services, Functional Supports and Services, Supported Employment Services, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Illness Management and Recovery, Financial Case Management, Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health, Parenting Education

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) represents a highly intensive and structured form of outpatient addiction treatment, providing a practical alternative to inpatient hospitalization or residential care. PHP employs a comprehensive approach to mental health services, integrating therapeutic and support services with medical care. The men's partial hospitalization program at Live Free offers a number of care services including case management, clinical services, individual medical and mental health providers, and recovery support staff. Clients in this program also have access to meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks while in our care.

Offers both a partial hospital and an intensive outpatient program. Both are comprehensive treatment programs for adults that provide mental health and addiction treatment by day, allowing clients to return home or stay in on-campus housing at night. Clients taking part in the partial hospital program or the intensive outpatient program must be able to participate in group therapy, maintain personal safety, and take medications as prescribed.

Substance abuse treatment program for individuals and families affected by alcohol and other drugs.
