We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. Staff provide support to parents and caregivers to assist their children in developing skills to increase independence and improve their overall functioning in all aspects of life.

Counseling is available for a wide variety of issues like anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, divorce, blended families, school and/or learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, grief, trauma, abuse, addiction, chronic illness, suicidal thoughts, etc.
Services are available at our offices in Concord and Franklin, at schools, in clients’ homes, and at other community locations.

- Adult Community Support provides a multi-faceted range of services with a goal of supporting restoration, rehabilitation and recovery for clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, mood and depressive disorders.
Services includes: Individual and Group Therapy, Targeted Case Management, Medication Services, Evidence Based Practices, Evaluation and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders, Functional Support Services, Wellness Works, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Supported Housing and Homeless Outreach, Critical Time Intervention.
