REAP is a prevention program that is available to all older adults in the community. It is designed to help you take control of your life, to live a happy, healthy and independent lifestyle. They offer up to 6 free, confidential counseling and educational services to help you better understand and deal with the many changes you encounter.

Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.

Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. Harbor Care is uniquely designed to support your recovery journey-with or without insurance. No one is turned away, regardless of ability to pay. A full range of quality residential and outpatient services are offered so that we can accompany clients on their journeys from the first time they consider treatment to long-term recovery. We offer: outpatient treatment, including our High Intensity Outpatient Program (PHP and IOP); treatment for pregnant and parenting women and their children at the Cynthia Day Family Center; Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid and/or alcohol dependence; long-term recovery support counseling and groups statewide with our Peer Recovery Support Services; and services for the Rockingham County Drug Court. We're dedicated to partnering with schools to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of its staff, student body and their families. We work on-site and through telehealth, side-by-side with school social workers, nurses, teachers and administrators to being health care and supportive services not just to the students who need it most, but also students' families and school faculty. We're with our community all of the way! We help youth and their loved ones access specialty care providers and social services, often working with our school nurse partners. We also connect families with systems and ensure long-term supports are in place for students with behavioral health issues. With specialized treatment that may include child care and transportation for parents in need of behavioral health care, we take a holistic, whole-family approach to ensuring health and wellness.

Community Mental Health Center for Cheshire County - Region V. Personal counseling, care management and other MFS services are available at all of our locations throughout the Monadnock region. Some clinical services are available in Keene and Peterborough and others are provided in the community.

The Robert B. Jolicoeur Schools serve students 8-21 with both general and special educational needs. The highly advantageous faculty to student ratio insures exceptional instruction and includes all related services. Our faculty use Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports to help students develop behavioral and social skills.
