Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management.
