For those who have experienced the death of someone who was cared for in our hospice program, we offer a 14-month follow-up Bereavement Program. This includes visits and phone contact, frequent mailings and educational material. Several virtual bereavement support groups are facilitated by the spiritual care team and are available to anyone in the community.

REACH Crisis Services provides free and confidential support and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and trafficking, in the Greater Manchester community.

MWA offers individual psychotherapy to adult clients (ages 18 & up). Services are provided by a Psychologist or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. MWA accepts most insurances and charges on a sliding scale fee for self-pay clients. There are a limited amount of evening hours available outside the normal business hours.

The Weeks North Country Recovery Center is a multidisciplinary treatment center for individuals dealing with an addiction to drugs, opioids, alcohol, and all substance use disorders. Our program utilizes medication assisted recovery (MAR), case management services, substance use and mental health counseling, and group psychotherapy as an aid to recovery. Most of all, we are a caring, non-judgmental, people-focused program designed for you — and you alone.

Mid-State Health Center is an independent, non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center with offices in Bristol and Plymouth, NH. A full range of outpatient primary care services including substance use disorder treatment.

The Granite State Children’s Alliance (GSCA) Behavioral Health Program offers evidence-based, trauma-informed assessment and treatment services to support healing following the disclosure of abuse and/or neglect.

In person and telehealth mental health services for ages 3 and older. Services include, but not limited to: individual, couples, group, family therapy and Psychological and Neuropsychological assessments and testing. Support services for established clients may include: case management, vocational, community, and home based services.
