With the ultimate goal of improving quality of life, counseling helps people increase their self-esteem, cope more effectively with stress, and reduce isolation. In person and telehealth mental health services for ages 3 and older. Services include, but not limited to: individual, couples, group, family therapy and Psychological and Neuropsychological assessments and testing. Support services for established clients may include: case management, vocational, community, and home based services.

Monadnock Area Peer Support Agency (MPS) is a consumer run peer support/recovery program serving adult consumers of mental health services. MPS is under contract with the Department of Health and Human Services; Bureau of Mental Health, dedicated to the promotion of individual empowerment and recovery. Services such as individual peer support, a variety of support and educational groups, vocational and educational support, and opportunities for social interaction and community integration are offered.

Home health care is available to anyone in need of everyday assistance after an acute illness, injury or exacerbation of a chronic illness. Hospice care provides humane and compassionate care for people in the last phases of incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible.
