CIA currently operates behavioral health services, community correction programs, sexual offender treatment, domestic violence treatment, adolescent outpatient services and training/program implementation for multiple sites. CIA has diverse expertise to develop and operate both residential and outpatient programming. Our planning team is comprehensive and provides for one-stop shopping for our clients.

The Granite State Children’s Alliance (GSCA) Behavioral Health Program offers evidence-based, trauma-informed assessment and treatment services to support healing following the disclosure of abuse and/or neglect.

SHINE is a free inclusive program that enables teens to: Access comprehensive sexuality education, Learn about their bodies and how they work, Know that they have the power to keep their body and other people's bodies healthy, Practice the skills they need to engage in healthy relationships throughout their lives, Access honest and medically accurate answers to their questions. Youth Activities TLC offers a variety of activities and opportunities for youth to engage in throughout the year. These activities are a way for youth to engage and interact in a safe and supportive environment.

You'll be served by compassionate providers who can help you access vital resources in an emergency. Crisis services are available to anyone in New Hampshire. Depending on your needs, the crisis contact center can: - Offer support via phone, text, or chat - Send a team member from a community mental health center to meet you right where you are, in your home, or another location in the community. - Provide rapid response follow up appointments that include crisis intervention services. - Review inpatient treatment options, if appropriate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

The Senior Health Center provides a variety of specialized services for seniors such as primary care, senior healthcare services, such as primary care, senior health psychiatry, outpatient rehabilitation, radiology, health education, and physical fitness programs, all in one location. Health and wellness screenings are offered on a monthly basis and include: blood pressure , cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings. Clinics offered at the Senior Heath Center include: foot care, immunizations-influenza and pneumonia, as well as ear wax removal.

Local information and referral for basic needs such as food, housing, heating assistance, medical or dental needs, counseling or transportation. - The Grapevine offers a private space and computer for residents to apply for state assistance if necessary using NH Easy. A Grapevine staff member is also available to assist those who need help in entering their information. This service is offered by appointment only.

REAP is a prevention program that is available to all older adults in the community. It is designed to help you take control of your life, to live a happy, healthy and independent lifestyle. They offer up to 6 free, confidential counseling and educational services to help you better understand and deal with the many changes you encounter.

Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.
