For children ages 5 to 12 who are experiencing a variety of serious emotional and behavioral challenges we provide acute crisis stabilization, assessment, and treatment.

The Senior Behavioral Health Unit is designed as a short-term inpatient treatment program for adults 65 and older (<65 on case by case basis) who are experiencing severe behavioral and/or emotional symptoms. Program provides stabilization and individualized care in a safe, supportive environment. Services include evaluation, daily psychiatric assessment, medical management, 24/hour nursing care, individual and group therapies, family education/support, and discharge planning and coordination of follow up care.

Ray of Hope is a 10- bed voluntary short-stay inpatient unit for older adults (65 years old and up) struggling with mental health concerns.

Provides young adults with short-term, crisis intervention and inpatient care services for severe mental health and addiction problems. 14 Beds

Provides inpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs in an LGBTQ+ positive and affirming environment. 15 Beds

The Brattleboro Retreat's Adolescent Inpatient Program offers crisis stabilization, specialized treatment, and aftercare planning for young people ages 12 to 18.
