Referral, Education, Assistance and Prevention (REAP) is a program that is available to all older adults in the community. It is designed to help seniors take control of their lives, to live a healthy, and independent lifestyle. The program offers free, confidential counseling and educational services to help participants better understand and deal with the many life changes they encounter.

Lamprey Health Care is a non-profit health care clinic. The clinic provides a wide range of primary health care services to people of all ages. Other services provided are counseling, HIV testing, chronic disease management, physicals, wellness programs, diabetes screening and education, and more. Financial assistance available, based on eligibility guidelines. Call and ask for a Patient Services Representative for more information.

Community clinic offering a full range of primary and speciality health care services. Mental health services are available. Physicals offered. -Serves people of all ages. -Medical social workers help link patients to additional services and community help, including referrals to dentists accepting Medicaid. -Transportation to medical appointments can be arranged.

MWA offers individual psychotherapy to adult clients (ages 18 & up). Services are provided by a Psychologist or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. MWA accepts most insurances and charges on a sliding scale fee for self-pay clients. There are a limited amount of evening hours available outside the normal business hours.

The Marriage and Family Therapy Center provides assistance to individuals, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of personal or relationship problems. MFT Center approaches treatment in which individual growth and development is best understood and promoted within the context of family and community relationships. Therapists are advanced graduate students who are specializing in marital and family therapy. Therapists are supervised by senior staff who are all clinical members and approved supervisors of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Therapists and supervisors are committed to a high standard of professional competence and integrity.

Charlie Health’s virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for people in need of more support than once-weekly therapy. Our personalized virtual IOP is tailored to support the needs of each client and includes: Curated groups Individual therapy Family therapy Medication Management

Second Growth counselors provide counseling, treatment, and recovery support to people of all ages. Counselors use a compassionate and motivating style to engage clients in conversations about their concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, or behaviors leading to substance misuse. Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. With the ultimate goal of improving quality of life, counseling helps people increase their self-esteem, cope more effectively with stress, and reduce isolation. It also helps individuals and families strengthen communication skills in order to build and sustain healthy relationships and live more satisfying lives.
