Riverbend’s Children’s Services clinicians provides comprehensive, evidence-based treatment to help young people and their families identify and resolve issues that keep them from success. Counseling is available for a wide variety of issues like anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, divorce, blended families, school and/or learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, gender identity issues, grief, trauma, abuse, addiction, chronic illness, suicidal thoughts, etc. Services are available at our offices in Concord and Franklin, at schools, in clients’ homes, and at other community locations.

Our Community Support Program provides a wide array of specialized services for eligible adults living with a severe mental illness. Individualized treatment plans are designed to achieve overall health and successful community living. Our staff has expertise in psychiatry, nursing, evidence-based programming, mental health and substance use counseling, and case management. Services are provided at our offices in Concord and Franklin, as well as in clients’ homes and in the community.

Neurobehavioral Residential/Educational Treatment Program at the Zachary Road facility designed for males and females from ages 5 to 21 with pervasive developmental disorders, nonverbal learning disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other neurological disorders. Services includes: on-site psychiatry, nursing, psychology, education, nutrition, recreation therapy, teaching of independent living skills, vocational training, clinical social work, speech and language and occupational and physical therapy evaluation and services.

Our Partial Hospitilization Program is an intensive treatment program that consists of therapy several days a week and offers boarding if needed. Treatment programs are tailored to the individuals unique needs to help people struggling with a substance use disorder.

A 30 bed (all male) inpatient and outpatient facility that offers Acute Treatment (detox), Clinical Stabilization Services, Workforce Initiative Program. We utilize an evidence-based, whole-patient approach using the most cutting-edge treatment modalities. Services includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) & Group Therapy.
