Monadnock Area Peer Support Agency (MPS) is a consumer run peer support/recovery program serving adult consumers of mental health services. MPS is under contract with the Department of Health and Human Services; Bureau of Mental Health, dedicated to the promotion of individual empowerment and recovery. Services such as individual peer support, a variety of support and educational groups, vocational and educational support, and opportunities for social interaction and community integration are offered.

Crisis services are available to anyone in New Hampshire. Depending on your needs, the crisis contact center can:
- Offer support via phone, text, or chat
- Send a team member from a community mental health center to meet you right where you are, in your home, or another location in the community.
- Provide rapid response follow up appointments that include crisis intervention services.
- Review inpatient treatment options, if appropriate, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

Health and wellness screenings are offered on a monthly basis and include: blood pressure , cholesterol and osteoporosis screenings. Clinics offered at the Senior Heath Center include: foot care, immunizations-influenza and pneumonia, as well as ear wax removal.
