Family Connections Resource Center helps families of children from the prenatal period through 18 years old. Support group for women who have placed or are thinking about placing a child up for adoption.

Provides services to children and teens with Autism and their families and caregivers. Service examples are: home based Applied Behavior Analysis, diagnosis, assessment, therapy, camps, school support, in home respite care, parent and caregiver trainings, and more

The Parenting Plus Program provides emotional support, encouragement, empowerment and practical solutions in managing family life. Comprehensive family support services include parenting skills, healthy communication, resolving conflicts, time management or organizational skills, nutrition, safety, resourcefulness and are provided in the comfort of the family home or in the community. Families participate by choice, at no cost to them.

Frisbee Memorial Hospital offers a variety of support groups for various health related conditions, parents, eating disorders and more.

Concord Hospital and other community healthcare facilities sponsor a variety of support groups that are open to the public.

The Family Center offers parenting classes and groups; playgroups and family programs; individualized support for families under stress; and kinship navigation for relative caregivers. Free child care is offered during some parenting classes (advance signup needed). **Programs are offered at Families First in Portsmouth and at community locations in Somersworth, Exeter and Epping, as well as online.

A variety of support groups meet at St. Joseph's. Examples of support groups are: caregivers, grief, substance abuse, parenting, Cancer, Alzheimer's, Brain Injury, and other condition specific.
