Families participate by choice, at no cost to them.

Meetings are located all over the world with the majority being in North America. Meetings are held seven days a week at all times of the day. Meeting formats include face-to-face, telephone, and web-based options.
SAA does NOT offer telephone counseling nor is it a “hotline.” Interested parties will be referred to a meeting in his/her area or to a telephone/web-based meeting for assistance.
