Transportation to the Nashua YMCA is provided from Nashua public schools to the Nashua Y. Transportation to the Merrimack YMCA provided from Mastricola Middle and Elementary Schools, Reeds Ferry Elementary, and Thorntons Ferry Elementary.

Portsmouth Senior Activity Center offers a variety of activities for residents and non residents alike. A monthly newsletter is on the website or you can stop by and pick one up. Activities include fitness, arts, wellness, games, discussion groups, and food.

The Granite YMCA offers a wide variety of programs that are designed to help empower youth to reach their full potential, improve the health and well-being of those in our communities, as well as inspire others to give back. Between all of our enrichments such as swim lessons and youth sports, to our wellness offerings including group exercise and swimming, there really is something for everyone at the Y! Our enrichments run throughout the year as “sessions” that are typically 6-7 weeks long with interim weeks in between. Fitness, technology trainings, arts & crafts, peer support and FUN! Our activities are open to anyone who is blind and visually impaired.

We offer instructor-led, classroom-style, experiential, community-based learning and support with over 60 different classes each month. Individuals have the opportunity to develop social skills, increase independence, develop interests, explore various resources, participate in community activities all while creating a social network of support and fostering a sense of accomplishment. Art Lab is a weekly open studio art program for adults with special needs implemented in collaboration with SNSC and the AVA Gallery and Art Center. The participating artists get a chance to explore different media with an emphasis on creative self-expression while socializing.
