Portsmouth Senior Activity Center offers a variety of activities for residents and non residents alike. A monthly newsletter is on the website or you can stop by and pick one up. Activities include fitness, arts, wellness, games, discussion groups, and food.

NCCC offers a variety of sports for adults. Pickleball: at a variety of times, with sections catered to specific skill levels. Basketball: offers basketball. Monday night games are for those over 30 years of age. Indoor Soccer: offers indoor soccer November-March on Friday nights.

Wellness programs include a variety of activities including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Energy Healing Drums Alive and much more
