In addition to these important social programs, the center also provides older adults with nutritional lunches, health education and screenings and transportation to shopping and medical appointments.

Portsmouth Senior Activity Center offers a variety of activities for residents and non residents alike. A monthly newsletter is on the website or you can stop by and pick one up. Activities include fitness, arts, wellness, games, discussion groups, and food.

To bring about meaningful change, individuals need ongoing encouragement and tools. At The Granite YMCA, we offer training, resources, and support to empower our neighbors to make change, bridge gaps, and overcome obstacles. NCCC offers a variety of sports for adults. Pickleball: at a variety of times, with sections catered to specific skill levels. Basketball: offers basketball. Monday night games are for those over 30 years of age. Indoor Soccer: offers indoor soccer November-March on Friday nights.
