Warde Health Center is on the historic grounds of Searles Castle. Our programs include short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, long-term care, respite care, assisted living and independent living.

We work with individuals age 3-21 that experience a developmental disability and live with a family member. We offer support at education meetings, guide you to community resources, and help with the transition into adult life. Children's In Home Supports - An intensive home based program helping children with complex medical and behavioral needs. Services that are offered are personal care, service coordination, consultative services (including behavioral), respite care, and environmental modifications.

St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers care for short-term patients and residents. St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has three distinct nursing units designated for residents according to care needs including short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing, dementia and memory impairment, and long-term care. Almost two thirds of St. Vincent's 80 licensed beds offer private accommodations. Additionally, religious services are regularly provided in the chapel. Adult Day Center for older adults living with dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease and seniors living with chronic health conditions or needing socialization and engagement. Services includes: Personalized and group activities; A healthy lunch plus morning and afternoon snacks; Health assessment by experienced nursing staff and ongoing monitoring of health conditions. Nursing services also include medication administration, and treatments; Assistance with personal care including bathing, toileting, and eating; Some transportation options available within service area. Caregiver support and respite is core service and includes individual assistance, support groups and assistance with navigating system and referrals.

Adult day program providing a safe and enjoyable place for adults with mild to moderate memory loss while their caregivers take a break. The program offers: lunch, snacks, crafts, socialization, and more. Hands-on activities engage and enrich participants. Good Day Respite is held at the Kearsarge Community Presbyterian Church in New London, NH.

Throughout the day at Silverthorne the programs that are offered focus on the strengths and abilities and the health not illness of participants attending the program. Activities may include any of the following: Outdoor activities, Field trips(not at this time), Exercise, Arts and crafts, Music and more.
