Children's In Home Supports - An intensive home based program helping children with complex medical and behavioral needs. Provides skilled nursing and long term nursing services, including a specialized Alzheimer's care. Hospice or "palliative" care is available if curative or restorative care is no longer appropriate and desired for terminally ill individuals. A private hospice room is furnished to accommodate extended visits by family members. JCAHO Accredited, Medicare and Medicaid approved.

St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers care for short-term patients and residents. St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has three distinct nursing units designated for residents according to care needs including short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing, dementia and memory impairment, and long-term care. Almost two thirds of St. Vincent's 80 licensed beds offer private accommodations. Additionally, religious services are regularly provided in the chapel. JCAHO Accredited, Medicare and Medicaid approved.

Short-Term Respite Care: We provide short-term respite care when an at-home caregiver is temporarily unavailable or in need of extended personal time away. Long-Term Care: Individuals with chronic illness or late-stage Alzheimer's disease are cared for with the goal that they attain their highest functional ability. Individualized care programs provide restorative and rehabilitation services as appropriate to achieve that goal.
