This court-ordered, four-hour course is required of all parents of children under the age of 18 who are either in the process of divorce or, for other reasons, are required to have a parenting plan around custody and/or financial support. The Child Impact Seminar helps parents understand the impact divorce, separation, and custody issues can have on children.

Parents attending the Child Impact program will meet with experienced, professional counselors to learn how separation or divorce may affect their children.

Our home visiting programs help families by providing support and knowledge in a wide variety of areas. Each home visitor respectfully supports families in their roles as their child's first and best teacher while teaching families how to help their child/children grow and learn in a healthy home environment. TLC Family Resource Center nurses and parent educators provide comprehensive family support services including home visits, case management, health education, parent education, and supervised visitation services. The agency has a sexual health education program for young women and men ages 16-21.

Parent Mentoring Incentive Program called Earn While You Learn. Baby furniture can be earned through this program. Program designed for first time moms. Parent Mentoring incentive program for dads. Clothing and accessories available for children and infants up to size 18 mo. Maternity clothing also available.

The NH Children's Trust is an organization dedicated to the elimination of child abuse and neglect. They offer referral to local resources for a wide range of parenting issues and the home visiting program in NH.

Counseling for after abortion support. Counseling and trained leaders for parenting, life skills with infants and toddlers, and utilizing community resources. Classes for pregnancy, newborn care, discipline issues, financial and budgeting and more. For men and women.

Comprehensive family support services include parenting skills, healthy communication, resolving conflicts, time management or organizational skills, nutrition, safety, resourcefulness and are provided in the comfort of the family home or in the community. Families participate by choice, at no cost to them.

The Well Child program offers: developmental assessments, health education, parenting education, assistance with applications.

Support group offered for those who have had an abortion. Parenting education, materials and skills development available.

Granite VNA provides community services for infants through seniors in preventative health care, health education and health maintenance. Special programs are available, such as Baby's First Homecoming for new mothers who are discharged from Concord Hospital, and foot care clinics that offer foot care, blood pressure screenings, medication education, and nutritional counseling to seniors.

The Family Services Coordinators work with individuals and families to connect to and help access a variety of supports. Short term case management may include: one-on-one appointments, referrals, and coordinating communication between various support providers. Parenting skills and socialization groups are also offered.
