The Child Impact Program is a court-mandated statewide service that helps parents understand the impact divorce and custody issues have on their children. Community Partners offers CIP classes taught by trained instructors every month at our Rochester office at 25 Old Dover Rd.

This court-ordered, four-hour course is required of all parents of children under the age of 18 who are either in the process of divorce or, for other reasons, are required to have a parenting plan around custody and/or financial support. The Child Impact Seminar helps parents understand the impact divorce, separation, and custody issues can have on children.

Callers talk to highly-trained, professional counselors who listen and give "right now answers. The Boys Town National Hotline is a 24-hour crisis, resource and referral line especially for kids and parents. Trained counselors can respond to your questions every day of the week, 365 days a year. They can help teens and parents with suicide prevention, depression, school issues, parenting troubles, runaways, relationship problems, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, chemical dependency, anger and much more.

Free, confidential, telephone-based services to parents to explore safe and legal options and available support systems. Issue addressed include: co-parenting, parental abduction, domestic violence, child abuse or neglect concerns, and parenting styles.

Several parent support options are available offering parenting education and assistance to help parents of a newborn, a child with health issues, a child recovering from surgery, or a child in need of therapy.

The Well Child program offers: developmental assessments, health education, parenting education, assistance with applications.

Granite VNA provides community services for infants through seniors in preventative health care, health education and health maintenance. Special programs are available, such as Baby's First Homecoming for new mothers who are discharged from Concord Hospital, and foot care clinics that offer foot care, blood pressure screenings, medication education, and nutritional counseling to seniors.

The Navy's Family Readiness programs have been afforded the highest visibility, advocacy, and priority. In practical terms, this has resulted in increased services to family members, increased individual assistance and consultation, more varied educational programs, and a more proactive outreach, and delivery of family support services. The Navy Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) is organized into four main functional areas critical to mission success.
