**International Adoption is for countries that do not require Hague accreditation.
Services includes:
- Adoption information and counseling,

- Help with legal representation,
- The opportunity to choose adoptive parents,
- Guidance on decisions about maintaining contact with the adoptive family.
Staff also offers a continuum of post-adoptive care through confidential search and reunion services. As a licensed adoption agency, home studies for private adoptions can be provided.
This department has seen an increase in the need to find homes for babies with special needs. Great care and consideration is put forth to find loving homes with the best possible parents for these children.
