Participants in the Job Link program are provided a Supported Employment Specialist who works directly with the individual and their employer. Supported Employment Specialists will: Help find jobs with competitive wages in integrated settings; Respect work preferences; Provide the level and type of support required by the individual; Assist employers as they foster an integrated workforce
