St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has three distinct nursing units designated for residents according to care needs including short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing, dementia and memory impairment, and long-term care. Almost two thirds of St. Vincent's 80 licensed beds offer private accommodations. Additionally, religious services are regularly provided in the chapel. This is a program administered by the NH Department of Health and Human Services. The program: 1. Issues registry identification cards to, eligible qualifying patients who have been certified by their medical provider to have a qualifying medical condition and associated symptoms. 2.
