The Robert B. Jolicoeur Schools serve students 8-21 with both general and special educational needs. The highly advantageous faculty to student ratio insures exceptional instruction and includes all related services. Our faculty use Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports to help students develop behavioral and social skills. Family Centered Early Supports & Services (FCESS), also known as ESS, provide resources to children from birth to three years of age and their families, including a developmental evaluation, therapeutic interventions, guidance, instruction, referral to community resources and emotional support.

Provides developmental therapeutic early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have an established medical/genetic condition, 33% developmental delay and/or who are at-risk of developing a substantial developmental delay.

Early Intervention includes speech, occupational, and physical therapy; counseling; and education interventions for children up to age 3 with a confirmed or suspected developmental delay or disability.

These in-home services help people regain mobility and functionality to reach their highest possible level of independence.

PathWays Family Centered Early Supports and Services is a program of developmental services for eligible infants and toddlers. The program is family-centered home/community based. Services Include: Developmental Evaluations, Developmental and Educational home/community visits, Developmental Monitoring, Service Coordination, Transition support at age 3, Parent consultation, support and education, Community outreach and education

The Early Supports & Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the intake, family support and the services provided by each agency. The Early Support team may include speech and language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, educators and early childhood development specialists. Services can be provided in a variety of settings such as your own home, child’s day care, neighborhood playground or other community setting.

Physical Therapist: Develops rehabilitation programs. Performs skilled exercises. Teaches patients and families safety techniques of home care. Instructs patients and families in home exercise programs. Occupational Therapist: Evaluates and develops individual therapy programs which focus on improving the patients ability to perform activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, eating and performing household tasks. Speech Therapist: Evaluates speech problems and develops plans of treatment to help the patients overcome communication disabilities cause by stroke, surgery or neurological impairments.

Rehabilitation Services: Outpatient services includes physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Home Health Care includes skilled nursing care and physical, occupational and speech therapies. It helps patients recover from surgery, illness, injury or complications from a chronic condition in the comfort of home. Personal Care Services assists with daily tasks, such as bathing, grooming, light housekeeping and meal preparation, so people can continue to live in their homes independently.

Provides IV Therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home. IV Therapy can be used to treat dehydration, malnourishment, a severe drop in blood pressure, and many other conditions and afflictions. It can also provide the emergency delivery of certain medications and chemotherapy to patients.

With help of Early Supports and Services, many parents and caregivers have navigated the uncertainties and questions of the early years when they have a child who is showing a delay. We work with families to prevent, identify, assess, and treat children with developmental delays.
