Family Centered Early Supports & Services (FCESS), also known as ESS, provide resources to children from birth to three years of age and their families, including a developmental evaluation, therapeutic interventions, guidance, instruction, referral to community resources and emotional support.

Provides developmental therapeutic early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have an established medical/genetic condition, 33% developmental delay and/or who are at-risk of developing a substantial developmental delay.

Early Intervention includes speech, occupational, and physical therapy; counseling; and education interventions for children up to age 3 with a confirmed or suspected developmental delay or disability.

Services are typically provided in the home (however can be provided in other natural settings as requested by family) and in a transdisciplinary fashion. A team of early childhood professionals including licensed educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and other specialized consultants work in conjunction with the eligible child and family to help the child develop skills to his/her full potential as well as provide the family with strategies to directly support and reinforce their child’s development.

Fully mobile in home hearing clinic. Services include full hearing test and evaluation, hearing aid fitting, hearing aid maintenance and repairs, programming, assistane with device connectivity, custom hearing protection, providing and servicing assistive life devices for hearing impaired, custom earmold fitting, and cerumen management assistance. Patients seen by appointment.

New Hampshire residents having trouble affording hearing aids may call to speak to a counselor about programs to find low-cost quality hearing aids. A free hearing test can be conducted over the phone, and counselors may include resources such as donated or reconditioned hearing aids, where available.

Interpreter Referral / Cart Referral Provides statewide referrals for American Sign Language ASL interpreters, oral interpreters, and CART reporters. Emergency Medical Interpreting Services (EMIS) After hours emergency interpreting through hospitals statewide.

We partner with families to meet the developmental needs of the child for children birth to age 3. For those children found eligible, we offer services that include parent coaching, physical, occupational, speech and developmental therapies.
