We work with individuals age 3-21 that experience a developmental disability and live with a family member. We offer support at education meetings, guide you to community resources, and help with the transition into adult life. Children's In Home Supports - An intensive home based program helping children with complex medical and behavioral needs. Services that are offered are personal care, service coordination, consultative services (including behavioral), respite care, and environmental modifications.
