Community Based Day Services Our Community Based Day Services are specifically tailored to provide individuals the opportunity to participate in integrated community activities. Our Direct Support Professionals assist individuals to increase independence, fulfill personal goals, learn or improve decision-making skills, health and wellness goals, safety skills and/or social skills. Services may include a variety of community based activities and volunteer opportunities that are inclusive and person-centered. Community Based Day Services are individualized to meet the person's needs with consideration of their preferences, vision and goals.
