We advocate and oversee supports and services to ensure continuity of care. Individuals served by NHS may receive service coordination to ensure their support needs are being addressed. Early Intervention includes speech, occupational, and physical therapy; counseling; and education interventions for children up to age 3 with a confirmed or suspected developmental delay or disability.

We work with individuals age 3-21 that experience a developmental disability and live with a family member. We offer support at education meetings, guide you to community resources, and help with the transition into adult life. Children's In Home Supports - An intensive home based program helping children with complex medical and behavioral needs. Services that are offered are personal care, service coordination, consultative services (including behavioral), respite care, and environmental modifications.

A safe and welcoming place where adults with special needs, their families and caregivers, and caring members of the Upper Valley community can come together and take part in fun and educational activities. Programs for adults with disabilities include: arts, cooking, crafts, employment skills, gardening, health and fitness, life skills, music, science, and outings.
