Assesses and evaluates children with developmental delays and behavior delay/issues.

Provides family-centered early supports and services and therapies to infants and toddlers who have developmental delays, or who are at risk of developmental delays. Services are provided in the child's natural environment.

Child Find is a component of the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA) that requires states to identify, locate, and evaluate all children with disabilities, aged birth through 21 yrs of age, who are in need of early intervention or special education services.

In NH Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) are delivered by contractual agreements between Bureau of Developmental Services and designated non-profit and specialized service agencies located throughout the state. Anyone who is concerned about an infant or toddler's development, including a parent, may make a referral to FCESS. The program is designed for children birth through age two who have a diagnosed, established condition that has a high probability of resulting in delay, are experiencing developmental delays, or are at risk for substantial developmental delays if supports and services are not provided.

A service provided to families and children under the age of three who have a developmental delay, disability or an established condition. Services are provided in the home and community to assist families in providing the best evidence based practices to increase a child’s growth and development.

Children's Clinic Therapeutic Services provides OT, PT, Speech and Children's Mental Health Therapies.

Family Centered Early Supports & Services (FCESS), also known as ESS, provide resources to children from birth to three years of age and their families, including a developmental evaluation, therapeutic interventions, guidance, instruction, referral to community resources and emotional support.

The Early Supports & Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the intake, family support and the services provided by each agency. The Early Support team may include speech and language pathologists, occupational and physical therapists, educators and early childhood development specialists. Services can be provided in a variety of settings such as your own home, child’s day care, neighborhood playground or other community setting.

PathWays Family Centered Early Supports and Services is a program of developmental services for eligible infants and toddlers. The program is family-centered home/community based. Services Include: Developmental Evaluations, Developmental and Educational home/community visits, Developmental Monitoring, Service Coordination, Transition support at age 3, Parent consultation, support and education, Community outreach and education

Family Centered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) is a Federal and State mandated program that provides developmental therapeutic early intervention services to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have an established medical/genetic condition, 33% developmental delay and/or who are at-risk of developing a substantial developmental delay. Services are typically provided in the home (however can be provided in other natural settings as requested by family) and in a transdisciplinary fashion. A team of early childhood professionals including licensed educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and other specialized consultants work in conjunction with the eligible child and family to help the child develop skills to his/her full potential as well as provide the family with strategies to directly support and reinforce their child’s development.

Early Intervention includes speech, occupational, and physical therapy; counseling; and education interventions for children up to age 3 with a confirmed or suspected developmental delay or disability.

With help of Early Supports and Services, many parents and caregivers have navigated the uncertainties and questions of the early years when they have a child who is showing a delay. We work with families to prevent, identify, assess, and treat children with developmental delays.
