St Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has three distinct nursing units designated for residents according to care needs including short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing, dementia and memory impairment, and long-term care. Almost two thirds of St. Vincent's 80 licensed beds offer private accommodations. Additionally, religious services are regularly provided in the chapel. Warde Health Center is on the historic grounds of Searles Castle. Our programs include short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation care, long-term care, respite care, assisted living and independent living.
