Refurbished Equipment Marketplace (REM) sells medical equipment at a discount. Equipment can be bought online or by visiting the showroom. Delivery is available. Examples of equipment are: scooters, hospital beds, wheelchairs, patient lifts, walking aids, rolling shower chairs, bedside toilets, grab rails, and more. Our harm reduction program provides weekly and by appointment delivery of safe injection supplies including syringes, tourniquets, cookers, Narcan, cotton pellets, sterile water, basic self care items, condoms, fentanyl test strips, alcohol wipes, bandaids, health screenings, wound care and educational materials.

The Ingram Senior Center maintains a limited supply of small durable medical equipment to be loaned out as needed. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) provides several critical functions related to public health. Primarily, the FDA is responsible for ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and security of human and animal drugs, biological products, medical devices, the nation's food supply, cosmetics, and radiation-emitting products. It also plays a crucial role in providing accurate, science-based health information to the public. Report a problem with an FDA regulated human or animal product (e.g. defects in the quality or safety of a product, or labeling issue), adverse health experience (e.g. injury, illness, or death associated with a product), or facility issue (e.g. an FDA regulated facility issue such as a whistleblower report or sanitation issue).

We provide comprehensive virtual care for adults with Pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension, and/or High Cholesterol. Patients can track their blood sugar levels, medication adherence, and symptoms at home, while their clinician can review the data, adjust treatment plans, and offer personalized advice remotely. All care is coordinated and communicated directly to the patients primary care team. We are an extension of the primary care team and partner with both the patient and primary clinician to help you manage your health. Services include: - Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly telehealth visits tailored to your individual needs. - Medication and Insulin Management. Includes prior-authorization handling for related medications. - Continuous glucose monitoring. - Nutrition & lifestyle counseling. - Remote patient monitoring (Blood sugar, Blood pressure) - Chronic care management. - Coordination of Diabetic Retinopathy Screenings & Diabetic Foot Exams. - Limited availability for home visits - determined on a case by case basis.

Free Diapers for families in need. Free disposable diapers (sizes newborn to 6 as well as Adult incontinence items) for neighbors who reside in The Greater Strafford County area

Items we do not accept: Needles, medications, diabetes and C-Pap supplies, beds, stairlifts.

There are always canes, crutches, walkers, bath chairs and assorted other equipment available. Larger and more costly items like hospital beds, motorized wheelchairs and lift chairs are usually available. If you have a need, call 603.362-9582 and inquire before buying any equipment or aids. Equipment can be picked up at the Atkinson Community Center or delivered to Atkinson resident.

Home health care is available to anyone in need of everyday assistance after an acute illness, injury or exacerbation of a chronic illness. Hospice care provides humane and compassionate care for people in the last phases of incurable disease so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible.
