This program provides needed equipment such as manual and power wheelchairs, tilting shower chairs, patient lifts and portable ramps to those who do not have access to a source of funding for these items. The Chapter has even loaned computerized communication devices to those who otherwise may have remained silent.
If you have durable medical equipment you are no longer using, please consider its potential value to another family living with ALS. Our Chapter staff is always available to discuss the unmet needs of our ALS families, and assist with arrangements to facilitate equipment donations.
