The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provides federal matching funds to states to provide health coverage to children in families with incomes too high to qualify for Medicaid, but who can't afford private coverage. The Basic Health Program (BHP) allows states an option to provide affordable coverage and better continuity of care for people whose income fluctuates above and below Medicaid and CHIP eligibility levels.

PMCC assists the Elderly and Disabled Adults when applying for Long Term Care and Choices for Independence (CFI) Medicaid waiver. We work with the families of individuals who are unable to go out into the community due to their poor health. We bridge the gaps of communication between our clients, with the Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities, and with the State of NH to process these applications.
