Certified Application Counselors are available to assist patients with information on the various assistance programs available. They are also available to assist with the application process. Individuals do not need to be patients of Lamprey Health Care to meet with a Certified Application Counselor.

HealthApply is assisting consumers who are 138%+ FPL with Marketplace insurance counseling, support and assistance with new plans as well as existing consumers in the health insurance marketplace. Also assisting various Medicare consumers; over age 65, disabled, dual eligible (Medicaid/Medicare).

Trained navigators and certified application counselors are available to provide education about the Marketplace, help understand and evaluate the Qualified Health Plans, apply for federal tax subsidies, and assist with the enrollment process. Counselors are able to assist with Medicaid applications and connecting eligible patients with Financial Assistance Programs.
