Lamprey Health Care provides primary medical care using the Patient Centered Medical Home model. This approach to medical care focuses on prevention, health education and empowering individuals to take an active part in their health care.

Free Primary care, smoking cessation, wellness, diabetes and asthma clinics. Care is provided by volunteer physicians and includes: dermatology, rheumatology, psychiatry, gastroenterology, women's health, endocrinology, primary care and neurology.

Family Planning Program serves women and men of reproductive age offering educational, and referrals to social services. Services includes: screenings, pap smears, pregnancy tests, lab work, breast exams, STD testing, and a range of birth control options.

Physicals offered. -Serves people of all ages. -Medical social workers help link patients to additional services and community help, including referrals to dentists accepting Medicaid. -Transportation to medical appointments can be arranged.

The Lovering Health Center is a free-standing, non-profit clinic offering a variety of services for womens health. Services include first trimester abortions (6-14 weeks from the last menstrual period), Contraceptive counseling and pregnancy testing with individual counseling on birth control options, STD screening and treatment and more.

Gynecology & Obstetrics: The Center for Women's Health & Wellness's OB/GYN and nurse midwife offers routine gynecology care, preventive care, as well as prenatal and infertility care.

Breast and cervical cancer screenings. Program site of the Let No Woman Be Overlooked Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, a program of the NH Dept. of Health & Human Services that provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings to women who are between 18 & 64 years old, have no health insurance coverage for these tests, and meet income guidelines.

-The Nashua Community Health Department offers clinics for various services including Blood Pressure and STD/HIV/HCV. -All childhood immunizations are available for individuals who are 18 years and younger. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors under age 18. -Immunizations are available to adults over the age of 18 who have no insurance or are under-insured, which means you have health insurance, but the coverage does not include vaccines or the insurance only covers selected vaccines. -Other vaccines available include: Flu, Tetanus, and Shingles.

Testing for Tuberculosis Infection (TB), STD and HIV testing and lead screening for children under the age of 6. Flu clinic offered by the City of Manchester Health Department. Parents must accompany children under 18 years and bring complete immunization records.
