We work on-site and through telehealth, side-by-side with school social workers, nurses, teachers and administrators to being health care and supportive services not just to the students who need it most, but also students' families and school faculty.
We're with our community all of the way! We help youth and their loved ones access specialty care providers and social services, often working with our school nurse partners.
