Domestic Violence Emergency (DOVE) Project is a program of 603 Legal Aid that provides victims of violence and stalking with emergency legal services. The DOVE Project provides free legal representation for qualifying survivors of domestic violence at final restraining order hearings.

603 Legal Aid provides help to clients with problems in the following areas:
1. Family: Domestic violence, divorce, separation, annulment, adoption, child custody, interstate custody, child support, guardianship;
2. Benefits and welfare: Town and city welfare, unemployment insurance, public housing, Social Security, Medicaid, Food Stamps, disability benefits, SSI and Temporary Aid to Needy Families (TANF);
3.Housing: Landlord/tenant disputes, eviction, housing discrimination, housing preservation, public housing, Section 8, and housing conditions;
4. Consumer: Debt collection, auto repossession, bankruptcy, and consumer protection;
5. Criminal Annulment;
6. Foreclosure Relief
