The Justice in Aging Project assists older adults age 60 and older with civil legal problems including debt collection, financial exploitation, health care, public and private housing, family problems, food stamps, public assistance benefits, utility shut-off, and nursing facility/assisted living problems. 603 Legal Aid provides help to clients with problems in the following areas: 1. Family: Domestic violence, divorce, separation, annulment, adoption, child custody, interstate custody, child support, guardianship; 2. Benefits and welfare: Town and city welfare, unemployment insurance, public housing, Social Security, Medicaid, Food Stamps, disability benefits, SSI and Temporary Aid to Needy Families (TANF); 3.Housing: Landlord/tenant disputes, eviction, housing discrimination, housing preservation, public housing, Section 8, and housing conditions; 4. Consumer: Debt collection, auto repossession, bankruptcy, and consumer protection; 5. Criminal Annulment; 6. Foreclosure Relief
