The Justice in Aging Project assists older adults age 60 and older with civil legal problems including debt collection, financial exploitation, health care, public and private housing, family problems, food stamps, public assistance benefits, utility shut-off, and nursing facility/assisted living problems. They have the capacity to serve older adults who are housebound, isolated or institutionalized.

We assist seniors and people with disabilities that are struggling with excessive credit card debt and we end monthly payments and retire debt without payment to creditors. We bring peace of mind to the client and they are able to afford living expenses, etc. We also offer elder care legal service at low cost - Durable Medical powers of attorneys and wills etc.
Applicants must receive Social Security, Pension or other forms of retirement or gov entitlement or on SSDI, or has limited or no income. May receive part time income. Must not own other assets other than a home, or has limited assets. Minimum debt is usually $5K.
