CLM provides array of mental health care for adults, children and their families. - Children Services: Our specialists work with children experiencing serious emotional difficulties such as depression, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, autism, disruptive behaviors, substance use disorders, and trauma associated with emotional, physical or sexual abuse. - Adult Community Support provides a multi-faceted range of services with a goal of supporting restoration, rehabilitation and recovery for clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, mood and depressive disorders. Services includes: Individual and Group Therapy, Targeted Case Management, Medication Services, Evidence Based Practices, Evaluation and Treatment of Substance Use Disorders, Functional Support Services, Wellness Works, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Supported Housing and Homeless Outreach, Critical Time Intervention.

Guardianship, conservatorship and representative payee services offered statewide. Guardianship Services administers Special Needs Trust. Guardianship Services can provide consultation to families, nursing homes, attorneys and hospitals on all aspects of guardianship.

Service Coordinators are responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of services an individual receives. Service Coordinators also monitor the services an individual receives. Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. OIG is directly responsible for meeting the statutory mission of promoting economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the administration of SSA programs and operations and to prevent and detect fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement in such programs and operations. To accomplish this mission, we direct, conduct, and supervise a comprehensive program of audits, evaluations, and investigations relating to SSA's programs and operations. We also search for and report systemic weaknesses in SSA programs and operations, and make recommendations for needed improvements and corrective actions. The OIG investigates a variety of situations that may be considered fraud. Examples include when an individual: Conceals work activity while receiving disability benefits; Receives Social Security Benefits for a child not under their care; Fails to notify SSA of the death of a beneficiary and continues to receive and cash the checks of the deceased; Conceals their marriage or assets from the Social Security Administration while receiving Supplemental Security Income payments; Resides overseas and is receiving Supplemental Security Income Payment; Misuses benefits when acting as a Representative Payee
