Service Coordinators are responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of services an individual receives. Service Coordinators also monitor the services an individual receives. Services may include: Family Support: Respite Care, High School Transition Supports and Financial Case Managers, Residential Services, Enhanced Family Care, Staffed Homes, Vocational Services, Community Based Day Services and Participated Directed & Managed Services

The Representative Payee budgets client's money and disburses the funds to pay for current living needs including housing, utilities, food, medical expenses, personal care and clothing. Any funds left over after meeting the client's current needs are kept in an interest bearing account for future needs.

HUD-certified counselors will guide people through the process of a variety of housing and rental counseling services. These services include, foreclosure prevention, housing resources, rental counseling, homebuyers counseling, reverse mortgages abd more.

Our Child, Adolescent and Family Services department provides individual, family and group mental health services for those ages 0-25. We also offer a substance use disorder program that is based on a specially developed program that has been successful for persons ages 12-25. We are also providing services within the schools, as part of our Mental Health in the Schools program, and have added Mental Health in the Camps services at various local Summer camps during the season. OIG is directly responsible for meeting the statutory mission of promoting economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the administration of SSA programs and operations and to prevent and detect fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement in such programs and operations. To accomplish this mission, we direct, conduct, and supervise a comprehensive program of audits, evaluations, and investigations relating to SSA's programs and operations. We also search for and report systemic weaknesses in SSA programs and operations, and make recommendations for needed improvements and corrective actions. The OIG investigates a variety of situations that may be considered fraud. Examples include when an individual: Conceals work activity while receiving disability benefits; Receives Social Security Benefits for a child not under their care; Fails to notify SSA of the death of a beneficiary and continues to receive and cash the checks of the deceased; Conceals their marriage or assets from the Social Security Administration while receiving Supplemental Security Income payments; Resides overseas and is receiving Supplemental Security Income Payment; Misuses benefits when acting as a Representative Payee

Financial Literacy Workshop: A wide variety of topics and tools will be presented, including cutting expenses, paying bills, finding resources, and setting short-term goals. Classes are available in Keene and Claremont.

Foreclosure prevention and counseling.

Free Debt counseling that helps people with issues such as credit card debt, debt consolidation and personal financing. The Debt management program allows you to pay off debt faster with lower interest rates. Greenpath will also aid you in obtaining and reviewing your credit report. Credit report reviews are available 24/7 through the website.
