Each region has an associated Regional Coordinating Council (RCC), which is composed of local transportation providers, human service agencies, funding agencies and organizations, consumers, and regional planning commission staff.
Each RCC has Mobility Managers that maintains a listing of transportation resources in their region. Individuals can be referred to their local RCC for these resources.
