The Kids’ Kloset provides “gently worn” clothing to children and teens. Donations can be dropped off at the Hooksett Town Hall – There is a labeled bin inside the entrance. New and used childrens clothing are accepted as well as monetary donations. Please make sure the clothes are clean as there is no laundry service.

Felicity's Closet provides clothing to victims of fire or domestic violence as well as school and weather appropriate clothing to children.

The thrift store sells and donates used and new clothing, furniture, appliances, and household items. All of the items are donated by families and businesses. The goal of the store is to provide goods at the most affordable prices to those who can pay, and donate goods to those who cannot pay.

Ascentria Care Alliance accepts donations of household goods, appliances and furniture. Donated items are used to furnish apartments for refugees in New Hampshire.

We offer a small clothing ministry that provides a limited amount of clothing and personal care items. Because we have limited space in our office, this ministry is relatively small. Donations are accepted, items that are not appropriate for our clientele, or if we have a surplus, are passed to the Marion Gerrish Thrift Store in Derry.

This program is under the auspices of the Hopkinton Human Services Department. It is funded by donations. The Back to School Program provides clothes and school supplies to students in need in Hopkinton.

DHHS can issue vouchers for the Goodwill Thrift shop for clothing. Voucher assistance for emergency situations on a case-by-case basis. The Laconia branch of the Department of Health & Human Services is the issuing agency of clothing vouchers that can be used specifically at Goodwill, these vouchers are issued on a case specific, case-by-case basis.

The EC operates as a centralized service hub open 7 days a week for Manchester residents facing housing instability. They provide essentials like showers, bathrooms, meals, and clothing. On-site local providers assist with substance abuse treatment, mental health support, medical care, housing navigation, and employment services. The objective is to dismantle barriers to housing such as missing vital records, identification, income, and challenging histories related to housing, credit, and criminality. Short term financial help for formula, baby diapers and clothing.

Thrift shop with clothing, furniture, and household items. All proceeds go back into supporting Families in Transition programs. *Vouchers from other human services agencies (i.e. city welfare, St. Vincent de Paul) are accepted for clothing. Outfitters will only issue store vouchers for clients of Families in Transition.

Friends of Forgotten Children has a clothing boutique for childrenand adults.

The First Church Thrift Shop provides good clothing for women and children (infant-size 14) for very reasonable prices. Also available are jewelry, accessories, and knick knacks. The funds generated are used to support other local helping programs.

Possible free baby clothing and furniture, diapers, car seats and maternity clothing.

WISE maintains a small room for essential items, typically personal hygiene or similar products, for individuals receiving WISE services. The WISE Safe Home, a confidential emergency shelter for individuals and their children, also often needs donations.

Donated clothing available by appointment, one visit every three months allowed. Clothing includes winter coats, hats, and mittens for men, women, and children when available. ***The Manchester Salvation Army has a small clothing rack with clothes available to anyone in need.
